TESTIMONIALS

I am delighted with the job Good Dog Austin did installing our hidden pet fence! Vincent and Christie are warm and caring people and it was a joy to work with them from beginning to end. They provided a top notch product at a very reasonable price and the installation work was just excellent. Beyond the quality of the product and installation, they did a fantastic job customizing the training for our dog, Koji. We'd only had Koji for a couple of weeks when we had the fence installed and he came from an environment where he spent much of his day in his crate. He was sound sensitive and would not approach strangers. Vincent and Christie took the time to make Koji feel comfortable around them before they started the training and they adjusted the level of his collar so he wasn't too freaked out. It took Koji less than an week to go from a crate to more than an acre of space to run and play. We also had two indoor units installed to give our cat a couple of "dog-free zones" where he could eat and hang out. It only took a few days and we no longer needed the flags in the house anymore and he won't charge the outside fencing line even for a HERD of deer! It's just a joy to see this dog run (and, boy can he ever run!) and play. Having the freedom to run around outside has really changed him. He's no longer as timid and it's clear he's a very happy dog! Thanks, Good Dog Austin!

Dear Vincent,

In this day and age of immediate gratification, people madly rushing to and fro, I wanted to take a (brief!) moment to let you know how very pleased I am with the Hidden Fence that you installed for 'Ace', my yellow Labrador Retriever - and - to let you know how very happy I've been with the prompt and courteous customer service you have provided during and since the installation date.

As you know, Ace is a rescue Lab who, while with his former owner, had developed an almost master-level talent as an escape artist. His prior owner was acutely aware of this "talent" and, to keep Ace from running off for weeks at a time, had resigned himself to confining Ace to an inhumane, 8' x 8' electrified chain link pen. Sadly, Ace stayed caged up in this pen, day after day, for almost four years of his life. When I adopted Ace, I had to keep him indoors, as I could not trust him staying inside a traditional fenced-in area. He simply would find his way out, and quickly at that! Well, it is my strongly held belief that Labs need plenty of space to run around in, and, today, thanks to my Hidden Fence, Ace has absolute free reign on my 0.75 acre homestead. I don't worry about Ace being by himself anymore, as he knows fully well where his boundaries lie... Ace spends most of his days now doing what he loves most -- barking at the UPS guy, terrorizing squirrels and sleeping under my pecan trees.

It is a very comforting feeling knowing that Ace is now free to be a dog, and that he's safe in doing so. He greets me everyday when I come home from work in exactly the same spot - about 3 yards shy of his fenceline boundary.

Thank you, Vincent, for doing what you do. I would highly encourage everyone who is considering a Hidden Fence vs. a Traditional Fence to use this fantastic product and your professional services.

Most Sincerely,
Joe Swynnerton

Thank you for the outstanding work you did installing our pet fence. It's rare I ever take the time to send a testimonial but this time was the exception.

We could not be happier with not only the excellent workmanship, the product itself and attention to detail but the personal care you delivered during the entire installation. Great job sir!

We will enthusiastically recommend you to our friends and family. Please feel free to use us as a reference at anytime. Thank you once again and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Thank you so much for installing a hidden fence for Spencer. When I bought my 4 acres in Liberty Hill, I knew I'd need a way to keep Spencer safe and protected on my property, but the idea of spending thousands of dollars for a chain link or wooden fence was overwhelming. Plus, a traditional fence would block my view of the Hill Country - and that's why I bought my property in the first place! Now, Spencer can enjoy his freedom and I never have to worry about whether he's safe. So, we're both happy.

I'd also like to comment on the quality of your installation. This Hill Country terrain is so rough that I wasn't sure if you'd be able to make my fence truly hidden, but sure enough it is, even across my driveway. The other fencing company I contacted wanted to leave the wire exposed on the ground or they were going to charge me way more to hide the wire in my rocky terrain. Thanks again for your hard work and professionalism. Gary M. – Liberty Hill, TX

Wanda and I, and our dog Duffy, want to thank you.

Your hidden fence has opened up a whole new world to Duffy. He is no longer bound by a 6 foot high fence with only a small back yard to play in. It has also given us peace of mind when he is in the front yard. We know he is contained, not darting in front of cars or exploring the other end of the block.

Many of our neighbors stop and comment on the benefits of the fence. We always take the opportunity to recommend you and your product.

Thanks for your continued support by answering many questions and replacing the collar that we left on the floor and Duffy altered. The Leperas - Austin, TX

Dear Good Dog Austin,

I must admit that we were a bit skeptical at the idea of having a hidden fence for our cat, Sugar. But, I decided to go ahead and get the fence when I realized that he was going beyond our fenced yard into the rural creek area behind our home.

Once the fence was installed, Sugar completely stopped climbing over our fence to prey on creek critters. You have done an awesome job of keeping my cat safe.

Thanks!

Train your untrainable dog.Our Great Pyrenees/Lab mix Daisy was a wild and sometimes destructive puppy. We tried everything to stop the multitude of issues which included jumping, digging, chewing, and worst of all pulling when on her leash. She was very large and powerful from a young age so these problems proved to be serious. Guests would be nearly knocked to the ground upon entering the house. Her inability to control herself made it difficult to socialize her with people or other animals. We tried everything we could to stop the problem behavior with no success, and decided the problem called for a professional. We contacted Good Dog Austin and found the answer to our problem puppy. With the help of their expert trainers, Daisy is now a well behaved member of our family. We could not be more pleased with the results. She is like a different dog. Not only does she respond to all the basic commands, she is now more calm and well mannered than I ever thought possible. Pam B. – Round Rock, TX

We teach scared dogs how to interact with men.... It's hard to believe this is the same dog I adopted from the Rescue Society! I still remember how afraid he was of people and how he kept lunging and biting in fear. I thank you for helping him become accustomed to meeting strangers and for helping to build his confidence as well as his manners. Vincent sure has helped to teach him that men can be trusted... Let us turn your dog into a Good Dog.Just writing to say thanks for the great class! Kobe and I appreciated all the extra help, we are understanding each other much better!

He is an absolute joy to walk and I got to show off some of his skills the other day at the vet's office. In the past, I've needed assistance in having his nails trimmed, therefore I've enlisted the help at my vet office. We're talking - full face muzzle and being held down by three people!!!! However, since his class (and some planning on my part) his nail trimming has been a breeze! Since the vet's office is only a mile or so away from my house, we walk over there. The walk takes some anxiety and excess energy away, and it's helped tremendously. The "place" command allows me to put Kobe on the examination table-thingy (it raises up in the air after he is on it). Previously, we've had to lift him up onto the table. He is no longer fearful or aggressive in getting his nails trimmed. The vet and vet tech were so impressed with his improved behavior, that they didn't even charge me to clip his nails! I'm very proud of Kobe and we walked outta there with our heads held high! Thanks again! Rhoda and Kobe

I recently had the opportunity to work with fellow trainers Christie Lenneville and Vincent Quaranto of Good Dog Austin.
